At Riftant Trinity, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all international orders placed through our website.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

  • Minor variations in color, design, or size due to display differences.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at riftanttrenity10@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
